Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled pickup or delivery time. Short-notice cancellations may be subject to up to a 50% fee only if the equipment has been refused to another customer. Weather delays and unforeseen circumstances are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible if plans change so we can accommodate where possible.
